What this site is, what it is not, and how much to trust it.

We are independent

This site is an independent directory and journal. It is not operated by the building's management, by MCST 1001, by the developer, or by any marketing agent. For building matters — access cards, season parking, contractor permits, maintenance — contact the management office on Level 7.

Accuracy

Tenancies in a strata building turn over faster than any directory can track. Names, unit numbers, phone numbers and opening hours are compiled from public sources and from businesses themselves, and some entries will be out of date on the day you read them. Call ahead before making a trip.

If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Corrections from a business about its own listing go in first.

Building information

Figures on the fact sheet — tenure, plot ratio, floor heights, car park lots — are compiled from published project information. Layout plans reproduced on this site are indicative and were marked subject to final confirmation when published. None of it is a substitute for the strata title plan, a survey, or advice from a professional.

Not advice

Anything written here about property, tenure, taxes or the strata market is general information and commentary. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and no figure on this site should be relied on for a transaction. Speak to a licensed agent, a conveyancing lawyer, and where financing is involved, a valuer.
