Driving and parking
There are 290 lots inside the building on Levels 5, 6 and 8, entered from Middle Road. Season parking runs around $142.60 a month and is arranged through the management office on Level 7.
Weekends are difficult. The temple next door draws heavy foot and vehicle traffic on Saturdays and Sundays and the car park fills early — if you are coming to eat at the weekend, take the train. Roughly ten minutes' drive to Orchard Road and to the CBD.
Which entrance puts you where
This is the part that catches first-time visitors out, because the three street entrances arrive on three different levels.

Getting around inside
Escalators run between Levels 1 and 4 and cover all the shops, food and treatment rooms. Lifts serve the office floors, Levels 9 to 20 — the escalators will not get you there. The lifts are original to a 1980 building and are not fast, so allow an extra five minutes for appointments.
On several podium levels the toilets are card-access, and you collect the card from a shop or stall on that floor.
When to come
Most food opens between 9 and 11am and closes by 8 or 9pm. Shops generally close earlier, around 6 to 7pm. Offices keep standard weekday hours.
Weekday lunch, 11.45am to 1.15pm, is genuinely crowded on Levels 1 and 2. The quiet windows are weekday mid-afternoon, roughly 2 to 5pm. Several units close one weekday rather than a weekend — see what's open early, late and on Sundays.
